log on to the web address given to u. You will seee a welcome message telling "you are welcom bla bla bla. Below, you will be aksed to click and start the quiz. After this, you will be required to input ur e-mail add, phone num ( which you used to apply) and finnaly ur graduation yr as it appears on ur cert. Immediately u do this, click "continue". And the next page is the five questions for u to ans. The questions are in the left of the screen and the optional ans at the right. On completion, click submit below. Then, the next page you will see is congtatulation and that u will be contacted if u are susessful. I resr my case
