As an Office Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing essential support for after-sales activities, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities1. Office Maintenance:• Oversee office cleanliness and organization, including the arrangement of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.2. After Sales Support:• Serve as a point of contact for customers post-purchase, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support as needed.• Assist in processing and tracking after-sales service requests, warranty claims, and product returns.• Maintain detailed records of after-sales interactions, feedback, and resolutions.3. Administrative Support:• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.• Maintain office files, records, and documents, ensuring efficient data retrieval and organization.• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.4.
