Job Title: DESPATCH SUPERVISOR- INTERNAL ONLY
Job Location: Lagos
Department:

• Warehousing & Inventory

Job Details:

• Implement daily loading plan received from Warehouse Manager
• Printing and issuing gate passes to transporters/customers
• Plan and assign transportation for deliveries and ensure prompt despatch
• Ensure that all loading and despatch equipment are in good working order and to request through the logistics manager for faulty equipment to be repaired or replaced.
• Manage and supervise the activities of Data Entry Operator
• Ensure that a loading report is put together at the end of the shift

The Person

• Able to work in a team
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel

Qualification:

• OND in any discipline

Experience:

• 2 years relevant experience
