Job Title: DESPATCH SUPERVISOR- INTERNAL ONLY

Warehousing & Inventory

Job Details:

Implement daily loading plan received from Warehouse Manager
Printing and issuing gate passes to transporters/customers
Plan and assign transportation for deliveries and ensure prompt despatch
Ensure that all loading and despatch equipment are in good working order and to request through the logistics manager for faulty equipment to be repaired or replaced.
Manage and supervise the activities of Data Entry Operator
Ensure that a loading report is put together at the end of the shift

The Person

Able to work in a team
Good working knowledge of MS Excel

Qualification:

OND in any discipline

Experience:

2 years relevant experience
