Job Title: Customer Service Executive (FEMALE)
REF/013/SPA/

Key Responsibilities:

Take appointments and book clients accordingly
Oversee all SPA business operations by ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience and are happy with services rendered
Create, monitor and inform therapists on spa appointments
Create and maintain Staff Contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Spa’s operation
Ensure all equipments used in the Spa are properly maintained and in good working order at all times


Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any business and communication management related area
Minimum of 2years Post NYSC work experience

Good interpersonal, personal communication and relationship Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
