Our Client, a Leading Bank in Nigeria in her bid for expansion is looking for Customer Service Consultant for her branch in Ilupeju.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure all received customer calls are answered within 3 rings.
• Ensure that the Verification calls are conducted in a manner which promotes the customer experience
• Ensure a customer’s KYC (know your customer) status is appropriately captured when the account is opened and is kept updated as the status changes.
• Ensure all customers are dealt with appropriately and professionally (in terms of tone of call and response provided)

Qualifications: B.Sc with a minimum of Second Class Upper and HND with a minimum of Lower Credit

Requirements:
• Candidate must reside in Lagos and must be able to speak at least 2 of the Major Nigerian Languages (Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo)
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Be able to work well within a team, towards a shared goal
• Creative in looking for and suggesting improvements
• Ability to convey factual information clearly and accurately
• Self motivated
• Customer service orientated
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Methodical, organised, accurate and pays attention to detail
