RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists customers with queries relating to their accounts such as statements, debit orders, collection of cheque books etc.
Being the face of the Bank , the Consultant Customer Service represents the Bank and therefore Customer Service should be the ideal candidate’s absolute passion.

Hahahahaha,please Hammed Lateef tell me you were joking at to you believing that you have applied to ibtc by what you just did above...okay lets come to think of it, even if this was IBTC with the way you carelessly scribbled down what is percieved as your resume...believe me it wont get you any where close to what you are looking for ......you know this could be one of the problems of our society....and it reminds me of an Article published around may 2010 that 85% of Nigerian Graduates are unemployable with backup statistics.....pls the guided!

What's with all this applying through this site?! nawa oh!! The irony is that the two people who have tried to apply through this site (so far...) have 2.1 from their schools, that should tell you something about the quality of 2.1s we are getting.
