Administrative Manager (ADM051) requires knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of administrative and departmental programs, and supervisory techniques, personnel policies, and procedures.
Duties: Must be responsible for directing the activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of various administrative activities of the organization, and also be responsible for managing various operations. Must work within general methods and procedures and exercises considerable independent judgment to select proper courses of action. Must be able to maintain continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Must be able to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks. Must be able to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Must be ready to make presentations before the public/community organizations. Is also expected to self-generate assignments through anticipation of problems and general awareness of needs of our organisation; and perform other duties as.
Requirements: Requires three (3) years’ of professional administrative experience as an Administrative Service Manager, a year (1) year of which must be in a supervisory position and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or its equivalent. Duties: Customers may include businesses, governmental organizations, and individuals both in Nigeria and abroad. Consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel, and also identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings. Sales of products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions. Graduate Trainee (GRAT015) is responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties
Duties: work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organisation. Help set policies. Evaluate work output. Receive classroom instruction in subjects related to their rotational experience. Attend lectures, watch guess speakers, and create projects, oral presentations, and take tests. Duties: Manage customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities. Acknowledging customers promptly and treating them in a courteous manner. Finding out what information, products or services the customer requires to meet his/her needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information.
Maintaining a strong knowledge of products of the company. Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre-requirements. Sales activity planning, including reviewing existing customer files to identify sales opportunities.
Requirements: HND/B.Sc. in any of the social science discipline from a recognized University/Polytechnic with a minimum of two (2) years working experience. Fluency in English & any other Nigerian language. Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills. Knowledge of sales and relationship building process. Prior experience in end to end sales process an advantage. Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines. Business Development Manager ( BDM005) A Business Development Manager works to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.
DUTIES: This person defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Business Development Managers work in a senior sales position within the company.
