Primary Responsibilities | The job holder will carry out the responsibilities detailed below: - Prepare a detailed business plan so as to keep strong focus on goals and objectives
- Investigate the economic conditions that surround our business activity, such as industry trends and competition
- Marketing and sales of a range of products and services
- Innovation in the area of marketing, product development of services
- Develop long-term growth strategies to optimize mutual profitability across business lines
- Execute and manage the customer contract agreement process, ensuring global linkage of resources and information sharing
- Develop sales pipeline leveraging all available resources in coordination with the product development and account management teams
- Attend workshops, trade shows and seminars to keep up to date on changes in the industry
- Develop a situation analysis of our company which should include a SWOT analysis to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business.
- Be the responsible “Face of the Brand/Company” to the prospect/customer through high level interaction with key stakeholders
- Participate in high-level, interactive conversations with key decision makers around new or emerging product opportunities

Person Specification | - Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Business Management, Engineering and or Estate & Quantity Surveying.
- 5+ years core Sales experience.
- Deep business development and marketing experience
- Strong project management, problem solving, analytical and organizational experience
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, extensive experience in communicating in international environment at senior management level
- Ability to write winning bids
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Organization and time management skills; ability to multi-task
- Aware of economic trends and keeps abreast of government and industry policies
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment
- Exceptional business judgment and strategic planning skills
- Budget preparation and management
- Solid solution development skills and effective working both independently and in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Strong client management skills
