Job Title: Administrative / Marketing Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
Reports To : G.M
Type of Position: Full-time Hours: Mondays - Fridays 8:00am – 5:00pm with occasional Weekends
Compensation/Benefits: Mid-Career Range; depends on experience.
General Decsription: Under the supervision of the GM, this Executive provides telephone and e-mailing support to potential and real customers who contact Company and uses Telemarketing and E-mailing to get new customers on board.
Key Tasks:
Requirements – Education (minimum): BSc
- Maintain customer service levels according to top standards.
- Provide prompt, courteous service to all potential and real customers.
- Answer as many calls or e-mails daily in a very professional manner, with the ability to answer more calls and e-mails during busy periods.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to customer problems.
- Identify and resolve customer issues.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Work overtime as needed, especially during busy periods.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements– Computer Skills:
· Possess a strong working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite including Internet Explorer, Outlook, Excel and Word.
