Job Description:
• Accurate maintenance of A/C and secretarial records.
• Daily and weekly submission of MIS(Monthly P&L/Cash Flow/Balance Sheet, etc) to management and as required from time to time.
• Book keeping and ERP entries.
• Preparation of Payroll.
• Responsible for liaising with auditors.
• Cash flow projection and planning.
• Day-to-Day banking including forex.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Creditors payments.
• Statutory and internal compliance.
• Statutory payments and returns like VAT, Social Securities, Payee, etc.
• Handle import documents to clearance/warehousing of cargo/dispatch to clients/payments to suppliers.
• Follow ups with clearing agents.
• Warehouse Management – space, rentals, organization.
• Physical stock taking and reconciliation of stocks.
• Making Sales Invoices and tax Invoices.
• Cash Accounts and petty cash.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
