8. Management style and interpersonal skill: talk about your management style and the interpersonal skills you use with peer groups and leaders. Focus on how you work.
9. Problem – solving ability: offer proof with examples of your problem- solving skill. How you have solved difficult issues in the past and how you apply your technical skills.
10. Accomplishments: talk about situations where you delivered more than what was expected. Focus on the actions you took and the positive results you obtained.
11. Career aspiration: tailor your aspiration to the realities of the particular job and its career path. When doing this, reiterate the skills and strength you will like to develop further and how useful they are to the organization.
12. Personal interest and hobbies: here the interviewer is trying to find out whether you have a balanced lifestyle. Are your personal and career interests compatible?
