Job Position: Recruitment Manager
Job Description:
  • design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organisation
  • design the selection matrix for choosing optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
  • explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate practices in the organisation
  • build quality relationship with external recruitment agencies
  • conduct job interviews for all positions withing the organisation
  • manage team recruiters
  • other human resources functions maybe assigned

Qualification:
  • HND/B.Sc Degree in human resources management, Industrial relations or any other social sciences
  • membership of human resources management professional bodies such as CIPMIN, CIPD, NIM etc.
  • age between 30- 45 years
  • personal credibility
  • mastery of human resources management
  • operational excellence
