1. Job Title: Showroom Manager/ Design Assistant
Job Summary:
Manage the show room and interact with clients on a daily basis, while ensuring that all administrative processes are run smoothly.
Reporting to :
Creative Director and General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the show room and all administrative duties for the company
· Create and maintain quotations for customers who come into the Showroom or who call
· Attend to clients and handle face to face enquiries
· Design filling system , manage and control correspondence
· Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
· Review and monitor supply requisition
· Manage financial objectives by preparing annual or periodic budgets, scheduling expenditures including payment of wages for full time and contract employees
· Book keeping and payroll preparation
· Keep management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports, summarizing information’s and identifying trends
· Monitoring virtually work process and setting delivery date in liaison with field workers
· Assisting in Recruiting, recommending and managing artisans and sub contract workers
· Other duties assigned by the General Manager
Minimum Requirements:
· Strong Proficiency in MS office
· Minimum of an OND with a least 2 years of relevant experience
· Should have basic accounting and book keeping skills
· Proficiency in 3D software application knowledge will be an added advantage
· Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organizational, communication and leadership abilities.
· Must have good administrative and team playing skills
· Must be creative

2. Job Title: Marketers

Job Summary:
Support business ventures and large projects, with key customer(s). Acts as a liaison between company and client to ensure effective operational execution, and adequate product flow, and provides on-site guidance and problem resolution; Responsible for building strategy in conjunction with the Creative Director and customer to continue to develop sales effectiveness and profitability.
Reporting to:
The General Manager and Showroom Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop new business relationships through prospecting, referrals, networking and cold calling.
· Manages and ensures the delivery of top quality, on-time and effective submittal of proposals, design packages and presentation
· Promote companies products, services and brands to an audience of both existing and potential customers.
· Conducts regular on-site visits to work with the customer and customer representatives.
· Devise and present ideas and strategies to increase company profit

Minimum Requirements
· Super strong selling skills.
· Maintains a professional appearance and demeanour and acts as an ambassador of the brand
· Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales objectives
· Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
· Ability to work efficiently and within an organized manner.
· Ability to maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads.

3. Job Title: Personal Assistant / Driver

Job Summary:
To provide effective, timely, responsive, professional and confidential administrative support and driving services to the Creative Director and General Manager
Reporting to:
The Creative Director and General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Keep vehicle clean and maintained at all times
· Set, confirms and reminds me of appointments
· Manage the creative director itinerary and schedules clients social functions
· Organise and coordinate meeting and events
· Manage and prevent interruptions such as telephones, visitors and resolve minor issues
· Monitor site workers
· To collaborate, co-operate and work effectively and efficiently with other employees within the organisation as necessary and / or as directed, to facilitate the performance of their duties and responsibilities and fulfilment of their roles.
· Other roles as assigned by the Creative Director and GM

Minimum Requirements
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Must have a good understanding of good road network within Oyo and Lagos state
· Exceptional innovative and problem solving skills
· Must always be punctual and reliable
· Excellent time management skills
· Maintains a professional appearance and demeanour
· A good understanding of intra and interstate traffic rules
· Must be trustworthy and confidential with company and clients information

4. Job Title: Office Assistant / Cleaner
Job Summary:
To maintain and keep a clean and organized outlook of the office and its environs
Reporting to: Showroom manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintaining general office cleaning and tidiness;
· Providing direct administrative support to the showroom manager
· Serve and provide beverage to other employees and clients
· Running errands and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirement
· Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organized.
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects are essential
· Must be a team player and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Must be very energetic and clean
