1.Parts Assistant – Asaba & Abuja

Responsibilities:

Responsible to facilitate and establish volume automotive dealership with customers
 Issue parts to the workshop.
 Issue parts to the cash sales customers.
 Receive parts supply and raise discrepancy list in the case of shortages.
 Carry out proper record keeping and adequate security of the parts.
 Ensure smooth transfer of parts to the branches.
 Any other duties that may be assigned.

Job requirements
Minimum Qualification: OND in relevant field from a reputable institution, minimum of 3 years experience in
similar function. Experience in an automobile company will be an added advantage.

2.Job Controller –Lagos

Responsibilities:

 Record all repair orders onto dispatch log and determine the repair time required.
 Lagos
 Keeping Service Advisors informed when no more work can be taken based on available hours.
 Maintain accurate time keeping records by ensuring all Technicians clocked on and off all repair
orders and day cards.
 Keep Service Advisors informed of job delays and or additional work required.
Job requirements

Responsibilities:
Responsible for working as part of a team delivering a first class, professional customer service, using a range
of communication methods, to ensure that where possible customer enquiries, payments and complaints are
resolved at the first point of contact.
 Clear identification of customer’s needs and accurate repair order preparation towards ensuring
speedy maintenance and repair.
 Utilizing the service appointment system to maximize the facility and manpower capacity.
 Providing clear cost estimates and keeps customers informed of work progress.
 To actively promote the benefits of dealers’ service and parts departments to all customers.
 Taking all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time.
 Ensure customers vehicle are clean and ready for delivery according to promised time.

 Working with other managers to optimize service shop utilization.

Job requirements

Job Responsibilities

Analyzes review and inspection findings to determine source of problem, and recommends repair,
replacement, or other corrective action as well as coordinate problem resolution with engineering, customer
service, and other personnel to expedite repairs
 Effectively communicate skills to engage the customer and start the service experience
 Ensure proper managing of the initial call from the customer
 Thorough understanding of the Ticketmaster program
 Knowledge of which files to ask for, from the customer, to effectively diagnose the service
 requirement
 Engagement required for any missed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
 Effective 'debrief' and reporting of service call for future enhancements
 Follow company guidelines for SLA (Service Level Agreement) for responding to customer calls.
 Coordinate parts and engineer schedules to ensure that SLA is met
 Follow up with customer regarding outstanding issues
 Research customer service entitlement as per the Entitlement Procedure
 Track inbound and outbound call metrics as required in order to collect customer service delivery

Job Responsibilities

Provide technical direction in support of sales activities. This person is a customer-focused technical
