Tasks and Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate office personnel.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel.
Maintain schedules and calendars.

Organize internal and external events.
Handle incoming mail and send mails to designated personnel or customers.
Collect information maintain databases.
Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
Prepare and mail checks.
Operate office equipments such as printers, copiers,fax machine etc.
Education and Qualificaion
Must have OND/HND/BSc in Secretarial Studies with not less the 3yrs work experience.
Knowledge in business principles, business administration.
Proficient use of relevant software applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Data entry skills – typing speed.
