We are currently looking for experienced and capable applicants to fill the post of Human Resource Manager in our organization

RESPONSIBILITIES;



  • Play a leadership role in the development and implementation of customer service management policies, procedures and best practices
  • up the customer services unit of the company powered by appropriate technology
  • Manage the customer care telephone lines, emails, text messages and web chats
  • Obtain feedback, suggestions, queries or complaints from the customers
  • Resolve queries efficiently and effectively through voice calls, emails, text messages and web chats
  • Follow up with customer queries by escalating the issues to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution and feedback

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
