Requirements
• This is a managerial role and would suit a candidate with experience in business management and knowledge of e-commerce.
• Preferably female
• Must be fully experienced in fashion and its trends
• Must have a strong background in financial accounting and analysis.
• Professional qualification such as ICAN or ACCA is an added advantage.
• Must have managed a company, product or brand.
• Must have up to two years of experience in occupying a managerial position in a fast-paced working environment.
• Being experienced in managing a fashion brand is an added advantage
• International candidates are eligible although they would be required to reside and work in Lagos, Nigeria
• Must have a University degree. International degrees are acceptable.
• Must be a leader with strong charisma
• Must be a goal-getter with strong business acumen
• Experience of commercial and project management.
• Strong relationship management with ability to influence within a complex matrix environment.
• Must possess good initiative and positive attitude
• Experience of working in a multi-national / global environment and ground experience of the e-commerce sector is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, project management experience (to run various mini-projects) and have the ability to work with different functions across the business and develop positive partner relationships.
• This person will drive the implementation of growth strategies within the business. Managing the processes in front and back end of E-commerce, co-ordination with IT department, and Marketing

Responsibilities
• The manager's prime responsibility is to the success of the company. Her actions should all be poised toward business growth. and to ensure that its products and services are fulfilling customer needs.
• The manager must constantly review the company's financial, budgetary and production goals. If the company is falling short of its goals, it is up to the manager to make the necessary adjustments to get back on track. The manager's duty is to lead the organization to success.
• Other major responsibilities include;
• Costing products, researching the market, negotiating prices and deliveries and briefing designers on the requirements of the customer. In addition to these tasks, she is expected to have a good level of commercial awareness gained through competitive shop visits and
• Keeping up to date with reading materials, blogs, websites, papers etc; to develop the business.
• Developing and maintaining a broad base of suppliers; as a successful relationship between supplier and manager is very vital. Effective communication is essential to this relationship; as it is a sharp eye for using the right supplier for the right product area. A good account manager should not be afraid, however, to continually explore new supplier opportunities to get the best result for their customer.
• You will be expected to use negotiation effectively; using your natural ability to influence internal and external parties. You will be able to work with and lead the team, offering support where necessary. You will be self-motivated and able to motivate and inspire your team as well as being highly driven and able to work under high pressure to meet deadlines.
