Aim of the position:
Manages the Purchase Order full cycle by dealing with contracts renewal, assuring the initial execution and fulfillment of purchase orders, facilitating the inspection process, ensuring product delivery and responding to customer needs and expectations.
Key role in the planning, scheduling and organization of resources in advance.
Job Description:

  • Deals with contracts renewal controlling and supervising the offering process, assuring delivery terms, providing support to Sales staff and supervising the development of the product.
  • Oversees order processing procedures, ensuring that they are responsive and synchronized to client requirements, develops an integrated order entry capability and ensures real time order tracking.
  • Implements collaborative planning, forecasting and stock replenishment, ensures production allocation optimizes load balance, assesses and minimizes the impact of demand variation on capacity, productivity, and inventory.
  • Guarantees product delivery supervising shipment planning, execution and completion (TS & TP material).
  • Supports and ensures service level to the clients, focusing on the key milestones of the projects: delivery of the product, reporting, invoicing in proper timing, others.
  • Clearly communicating with other departments in an organized way, to enable collaboration towards the achievement of the projects’ milestones.
  • Providing assistance to the related areas in the resolution of issues arising during the execution of the contract.
  • Analyzing relevant information to identify and minimize the risk in the critical path of the project(s).
  • Using the It tools required for the follow up of the project(s), such as SAP, Excel (intermediate) and MS Project (preferable).

- Prepares Offers of ACC & Threading, obtaining cost, delivery, technical compliance, etc from the plant or third party, defining strategy for pricing and commercial approach.
- Executes orders of ACC & Threading, instructing the plant or third party to assure compliance with delivery schedules.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
