    DEPOT ENGINEER
    Core Job Functions / Responsibility:
    This role plans and coordinates activities involved in the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities. The Depot
    Engineer is expected to build a relationship with all Internal Customers and External Customers. He will report directly to
    the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor and Mechanical Supervisor.
    Primary activities
     Coordinates maintenance operations on the Depot’s equipment and facilities.
     Liaises with electricians, mechanical fitters, Gantry supervisor, and external maintenance workers for the quarterly
    servicing of the entire Depot.
     Coordinates daily maintenance checks on the meter/loading equipment and other facilities in the loading area.
     Conducts checks to ensure compliance with the HSE rules and regulations in the use of equipment and facilities
     Prepares bids/fill requisition forms for equipment, installation, labour, materials and other related costs.
     Works with HSE to ensure that fire systems/gadgets are functioning properly.
     Maintains check list of daily operations of all equipment and advises staff on the proper use of equipment to avoid
    breakdown and reduce repairs.
     Liaises with Administration officers for the payment of utility bills and purchase of fuel to ensure continuous supply
    of power and water to the site and offices.
     Supervises electricians in the maintenance of the electrical fittings, generating sets and equipment in the site.
     Liaises with maintenance workers to clean out tanks before new stock arrives.
     Monitors maintenance work on the pipe fittings and water hydrants in the depot.
     Monitors maintenance and operating costs and advises Management on the annual maintenance budget.
     Maintain systems and work processes to meet internationally recognized depot maintenance standard.
     Responsible for maintenance order review- electrical and mechanical in the depot within capabilities of existing
    technical staff, manpower requirement and external maintenance jobs.
     Responsible for training of technical staff, mainly on the job.
     Ensure that maintenance jobs are carried out in line with company safety policy and QA procedures.
     Coordinates all depot facilities maintenance (electrical/mechanical) jobs and insure that that all jobs are carried out
    by the right personnel and with the right tool.
     Insure that an effective equipment check list is maintained in the depot.
     Decide In conjunction with his superiors on all matters related to proper execution of maintenance jobs, keep him
    informed about progress of all on-going maintenance activities in the depot, and bring all maintenance jobs that in
    line to standard practice to the attention of his superior.
     Monitor closely all Safety equipment – pumps, monitors, hydrants and all safety associated equipment /gadgets are
    in top shape at all times.
     Assist the depot manager in dealing with technical issues brought to the latter’s attention.
     Evaluate material and service parts need and prepare a budget for management evaluation.
     Source maintenance materials and service parts at a competitive rate and in line with the group purchasing policy.
     Issue Incident report, non-conformance, and queries and monitor their corrective actions.
     Prepare and organize maintenance related activities according to management stated policies and objectives.
     Contribute to the depot effort to maintain a first class service to clients.
     Work with HSE to insure safety gadgets are in top shape and maintained regularly.

    OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
    Core Job Functions / Responsibility:
    The Operations Director shall provide strategic leadership and management of the activities, operations, and personnel of the Airline.
    Establish and achieve the company's goals and objectives. Maintain the highest level of safety, service and standards for operating an
    Airbus 319 under Federal Aviation Regulations.
    Primary activities
     Lead the Operations department of a new low cost airline;

    Core Job Functions / Responsibility:
    The Head Flight Operations/Chief Pilot must be adequately qualified and acceptable to the NCAA. The Head Flight Operations/Chief
    Pilot is responsible to the Chief Executive Officer and their department is audited by the Safety Manager.
    The Head Flight Operations/Chief Pilot manages various facets of the operational side within the Organization. However, its primary
    responsibility is to ensure safe, legal and efficient operation of the airline’s aircraft. This includes training and scheduling of Flight Deck
    Crew to ensure that they meet all licensing and regulatory requirements and can execute high-quality operation in a safe, efficient and
    customer-friendly manner. The Head Flight Operation plays a key role in the recruitment of new Flight Deck Crew; he will be
    responsible for the navigation and technical sections that are in charge of effective surveying of all new routes and making available all
    navigation, performance and other necessary operational data to flight crew, to ensure safe air and ground operations. Investigating,

    HEAD OF AIRPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE
    Core Job Functions / Responsibility:
    The Head of Airport Customer Service is responsible for all aspects of the safe, cost-effective and punctual running of the allocated
    base(s) in airline operation, plus a number of satellite stations on the Airline’s network. The Head of Airport Customer Service will own
    and maintain all local relationships at their nominated base(s) and satellite airports from airport and handling to state departments.
    The position will ensure that the Airline has the best possible representation in the local market, and that business is conducted in
    keeping with Airline and State regulations. The Head of Airport and Customer Service will ensure that all key internal stakeholders
    from CEO level down are kept fully informed and are suitably represented as required on all issues concerning the local market and
    operation.
    The Head of Airport Customer Service will be one of the senior representatives of the Airline at the nominated locations and, as such,
    will represent the Airline at a senior level on both operational and commercial matters. This position will provide support elsewhere in
    the Airline’s network, at current and future locations served, as required.

    FLIGHT ATTENDANT MANAGER
    Core Job Functions / Responsibility:
    The Flight Attendant Manager is responsible for managing the professional standards, and regulations, and providing direction and
    overall supervision to the Flight Attendants and PAOBDs (Person Assigned On-Board Duties) under his/her authority. He or she will be
    responsible for analysing our crew customer service procedures and standards and make recommendations in order to best serve our
    customers.
    The Flight Attendant Manager will report to the Head of Flight Operations.
    Primary activities
     In bases with at least 3 Team Managers or 150 Flight Attendants:
     To manage and have accountability for the operation of a Flight Attendant base within the airline network;
     To be an active part of the base management team;
     Flight Attendant performance relating to OTP;
     To performance manage the Team Managers by ensuring that their teams perform to the standards set by the airline;
     To deputise for the Head of Flight Operations as required.
     To monitor Flight Attendant welfare issues and deal with the issues as required.
     To monitor lines of flying as published by Operations ensuring that fairness in roistering is achieved.
     To participate in Flight Attendant recruitment.
     To conduct base meetings with Flight Attendants every six months.
     To manage resource levels at the base and liaise with the Head of Flight Operations to ensure that sufficient Flight


    Attendants are recruited and trained in all ranks.

    PROACTIVE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
    Core Job Functions / Responsibility:
    The Proactive Management Specialist will make provision of network maintenance and support services. Support may be provided
    both to users of the systems and to service delivery functions. Support typically takes the form of investigating and resolving problems
    and providing information about the systems. It may also include monitoring their performance. Problems may be resolved by
    providing advice or training to users about the network's functionality, correct operation or constraints, by devising work-around,
    correcting faults, or making general or site-specific modifications.
    He or she will be Responsible for the Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Integration of CPE’s in the network. He will serve as an
    Incident Manager, Problem Manager and Service Level Manager.
    Primary activities
     He will be responsible for the Proactive monitoring of all network elements i.e. advising clients on faults/outages observed.
    The processing and coordination of appropriate and timely responses to incident reports, including channelling requests for
    help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring resolution activity, and keeping clients appraised of progress.
     Ensure that all CPE’s are integrated in strict compliance with the ‘AS Built’ document.
     Provide support during decommissioning and integration of CPE’s.
     Ensure that NO CPE is integrated into organization’s network with RF parameters less than specified by engineering design.
     Ensure knowledge gained through the resolution of network and customer issues is used to proactively provide feedback to
    help develop and meet organization’s requirement.
     Troubleshoot CPE faults and provide solutions at the shortest possible time.
     Verify and ensure that all Access Points and CPE’s are configured with the right, up-to-date software.
     Maximize the Network Management Systems in the maintenance of the network.
     Advise on technological advancements to improve Quality of Service, Reliability and performance of the network
     Ensure that Network documentation on the network is current, up to date and changes are controlled
     Investigate and flag CPE’s that are seen down on the EMS or VNMS.
     Investigate and escalate AP’s and Base Stations that are seen down on the EMS or VNMS.
     Adhere strictly to the ATP procedure for CPE installations, fill and file the ATP documents.
     Manage AP and CPE’s health by ensuring that there are no performance degradations as a result of misalignment, radio
    degradation etc. by paying close attention to deviations from commissioning values.
     Generate weekly status reports on the health of the Base stations in the network and flagging of CPE’s running at
    modulations lower than 64QAM.
     Carry out backups on the base stations and ensure they are up to date.
     Improved Reliability and performance on the network.
     Reduce time to resolve CPE faults to the barest minimum.
     Cut down Clients downtime to zero by ensuring CPE’s are installed correctly the first time and proactively watch out for
    deviations from commissioning values.
     Must be aware of every CPE status 100% of the time.
     Must maintain Zero issues on the Network due to congestion.
     Must be responsible for the resolution of incidents and problems throughout the information system lifecycle, including
    classification, prioritization and initiation of action, documentation of root causes and implementation of remedies
     Routine calls to customers to verify link status. The implementation and control of service provision, to meet customer
    business requirements. This includes implementation and monitoring of service level agreements, and the on-going
    management of operational facilities to provide the agreed levels of service, seeking continually and proactively to improve
    service delivery.
     Responding to clients’ network status report:- Monthly, weekly & daily reports;
     Responsible for the day-to-day operation and control of all equipment within wide and local area network infrastructure.
    Includes production of network performance statistics, provision of network diagnostic information and site surveys
     Preparation of downtime analysis, Scheduling PMs;
     Preparing month end report for management; NE tops, CSOC and clients.
     Will travel if required.
     Regular working hours, after work support is required.
     See to other tasks as assigned by the Manager


    Job Requirements and Skills
    Graduate Qualifications: A first degree BEng, BSc, BTech, or Science REQUIRED.
    Post Graduate Qualifications: Master’s degree or Post Graduate Qualification REQUIRED.
    Experience: 5-7 years post NYSC experience in Telecoms ESSENTIAL.
