  1. Lead the Management Team to define and articulate the organization`s Mission and to provide the overall company’s strategic direction and positioning.
  2. Plan and direct the organisation's activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence
  3. Recruit, select and develop executive team members
  4. Maintain and develop organisational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies
