Job Description

  • Reporting to the Executive Director, Finance & Admin, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Bank's Human Resources and Admin. functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of the bank's Corporate Services (Human Resources and Admin) strategy and ensure alignment with the organisations overall strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and forecasting of the Bank's Human Resources requirements, including the monitoring of the organisation structure and manning Levels.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with business and functional heads, and ensure the proactive identification and prompt response to their human capital needs to support their operations.
  • Oversee the procurement, availability and maintenance of office equipment, furniture and utilities.
  • Oversee the development of strategies and policies, including a competitive compensation and benefits package, focused on
  • hiring, developing, motivating and retaining the best talent (local and expatriates) within the Bank.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient provision and administration of office services cleaning, catering, office supplies, logistics, security, fleet management etc
  • Champion and guide management on employee relations, employee community communication, employee safety, employee welfare, wellness and health matters.


Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
  • Professional HR and Admin certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
  • In-depth understanding of employment law.
  • Advanced oral, writing and presentation skills.
  • Executive presence and gravitas.
