Position Purpose


To plan, direct, manage and oversee the activities and operations of the Professional Services Group (PSG).To refine, develop, document and lead the execution of efficient processes tosuccessfully deploy the company’s services and technologies to clients andsubscribers (banks, telecoms, retailers, etc.), This role combines leadership with project management skills to drive brilliant execution of CR Services’credit bureau projects throughout all phases of the project life cycle.

Must Haves


ü B.Sc or its equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering

PMP(PMBOK) Practitioner Certification

PRINCE2Practitioner Certification added bonus

Minimumof two (2) years of Leadership and Project Management Implementation Experiencepost-certification

ü
Strengthin Microsoft Project (MS Project Server) and building project plans with teaminput

Handson budget and budget management experience

ü
Fullsystems development life cycle (SDLC) experience

ü
Experiencerunning software delivery projects
ü Comefrom and be comfortable with a fast paced environment

Languages: Familiarity with projectsusing object-oriented programming languages or frameworks such as Microsoft.NET or J2EE, and web technologies such as web services
ü Databases: Familiarity with projectsusing Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server

Tools: Experience with process, modelingand design tools such as Rational’s Tool Suites (ClearQuest, RequisitePro,Rose, ClearCase), Mercury Quality Center, etc.

Operating Systems: Experience withWindows client and server operating systems from Windows XP and later.
