SALES MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION CCTV and Access Control Sales Manager identifies, develops and manages customers. The incumbent proactively initiates solutions to customers’ immediate and emerging needs. These activities result in sustained profitable growth and accelerated market share. Sales Managers possess the tenacity, resourcefulness and creativity to set the industry standard for customer delight. Sales manager are tasked with being the primary point of contact for our integrated systems dealers, end users, and consultants and are charged with driving growth through the channel and demand creation of our integrated systems products. REPORTING TO: THE MANAGING DIRECTOR


TASKS Ø Exceed monthly sales objectives Ø Develop, manage and accurately forecast a robust sales pipeline
Ø Consistently identify new business opportunities at existing and potential customers to ensure sustained, profitable growth Ø Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the organizations’ core competencies and differentiated capabilities and apply this knowledge to provide value-added solutions to customers
Ø Facilitate co-destiny relationships with key decision makers at customers and prospects by leveraging all available resources Ø Team with the training department to develop and present industry leading training seminars Ø Develop and execute sales plans that are aligned with the organizations’ strategic direction and serve as the foundation of the incumbents S.M.A.R.T. goals Ø Gather and communicate competitors’ strengths and weaknesses Ø Continually enhance selling skills and product, technology, application, company and industry knowledge Ø Team boundarylessly with distribution, global account managers, national account managers, inside sales and customer service to create strategies to accelerate sales growth and market share Ø Provide accurate, complete, consistent and timely reports as requested by sales leadership Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of proven CCTV and Access Control sales experience, or, minimum of 5 years equivalent industry experience Minimum 4+ years of proven CCTV and Access Control sales experience • Excellent written, verbal communication skills • Self-confidence to communicate candidly • Organization, planning, follow-up and general time management skills with experience managing a people, prioritizing opportunities and working from a home office environment
