Project Manager (4 months Assignment Lagos)
Job Description

• The product manager will gather and analyze market and customer requirements. Take ownership as the project manager of the solution being deployed in line with client/customer requirements. Will be responsible for analysing and building strategies, which ensure the clients requirements are met and exceeded.
• Implementation of software solution project delivery. Be responsible for solution indices such as project progress, quality and customer satisfaction. Submit service quality analysis report of solution delivery periodically and take necessary measures to improve the service quality.
• The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
• Will be responsible for due diligence investigate during project transition period.
• Prepare project budget and be responsible for finance control of the project. Monitor and manage subcontractors and partners of the project.
• Be responsible for periodic communications with each relevant internal and external department and seek support and improvement suggestions.

Requirements

• Basic Education should include: BEng, BSc, BTec, Science, Telecommunications or Technology Only
• A masters - MBA, MA, MSc would be of advantage
• Relevant Certifications & Training will be considered. PMP / PRINCE2 either is required.
• Have more than 7 years work experience, including over 5 years of service as project co-ordinator. Familiar with information technology solutions.
• Must have proven achievements in the past, these achievements must have been attained by leading teams. Any of the following would be considered advantageous; Development Projects or Rollout or Optimization. Consideration will be given to the variety and number or types of projects and Work Experience.
• Should be familiar with international managed service development and the advanced managed service concept and precept scheme.
• Familiar with out-sourcing scope, telecommunication network maintenance work flow and system, and network operator’s KPI and SLA management.
• Fluent use of English as the official working language.
