Job Title: Offshore Personnel Logistics Assistant

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Description

a.) Description of the SERVICE:

  • The SERVICES are required offshore on a 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, back-to-back basis (i.e., two designees on a rotational back-to-back basis).
  • The SERVICE consists:
  • Organize and coordinate all Client's 2 helicopter passenger & freight transfers from PHC in compliance with budgets and in full respect of the Group's concern on Health, Safety, Environmental Protection and Quality.
  • Optimize the Logistics means to guarantee efficiency on priorities and emergencies.

b.) Specific Activities:

  • Provide a single point of contact for all Client's 2 Construction Package helicopter flight bookings.
  • Focal point for all helicopter freight requests. Ensure that CTR & CPY freight is approved & controlled.
  • Daily liaison with Personnel Logistics Lead concerning helicopter pax & freight bookings to mobilize and demobilize as per project planning schedule.
  • Carry out all personnel bookings on PTS according to the Project weekly planning while ensuring alignment with Client's Helicopter Schedule ( latest Revision )
  • Communicating daily with heliport dispatchers, paying special attention to any pax that have been removed from flights due to payload or weather related issues.
  • Communicating daily with all offshore destinations and shore to ensure information flow is maintained and disseminated.
  • Communicating with project secretary in PHC to ensure helicopter flights are in alignment with Mission orders.
  • Assist the Personnel Logistic Assistant in PHC office by undertaking administrative duties as and when required.
  • Adhere strictly to the Project Personnel Logistic Lead weekly helicopter flight planning to ensure efficient service.
  • Manage last minute flight changes whenever there is a need.
  • Report any problems & non compliance.
  • Ensure efficient coordination of activities.


Requirement

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience.
