We are heavily focused on Africa and have operated there for over a decade.
We are seeking Business Development professionals with a minimum of 5++ years experience and a current and active network of prospective corporate clients in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The right candidate must be able to drive significant deal flow for new investment banking business into Nova or its affiliates
We are looking for people that come out of Financial Services, Big 4 accounting and consulting or are industry experts in the following sectors (but not limited to these):

  • Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare
  • Food and Agriculture
  • Construction
  • Financial Services
  • Transportation / Logistics
  • Manufacturing
  • Distribution

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Must have 5 years direct sales and business development experience selling to large corporate clients in Africa.
