We are an indigenous software development and sales organization with our head office in Lagos. We are currently looking for Implementation Manager in our Head office.

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Own the technical knowledge of our preferred hardware
  • Be Primary Technical Contact (Hardware) for Concept Nova to Partners and Clients
  • Lead operations in the implementation projects for Client installations
  • Take the initiative in market research of other new hardware and their capabilities


  • Play proactive role in the recruitment and training of Implementation Technicians contract-hired for implementation projects
  • Ensure that projects are implemented within time and cost.
  • Provide clients with acknowledgement and speedy resolution when their requests are escalated.

Pre-Requisites

  • Electronic Engineer preferably with secretary and low voltage background.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Project management experience
  • 3+ Years experience installing and maintaining GPS trackers
