A WELL POSITIONED ICT FIRM URGENTLY NEEDS ICT PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION: The individual will be a senior member of the CSNC LTD, delivering professional ICT PROJECT service to the organization and its clients. Key job elements include:
· Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production.
· Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.
· Defines resources and schedule for project/program implementation.
· Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
· Ensure proper delivery of the project with high level of quality and on time.
· Documentation of client requirements and translate them into design specifications.
· Preparing Time and work estimate for the project.
· Plan the project meticulously and communicate the number of working hours for the project according to the resources and the technology available.
· Testing of any project is very important, bugs after the delivery of the project will not make the client happy, and before that an IT project manager has the responsibility to check whether everything is functioning well without any bugs.
· Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.
· Directs and oversees project engineering team and manages conflicts within group.
· Performs team assessments and evaluations.
· Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.
· Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk.
· Designs and maintain technical and project documentation.
· Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
· Planning project stages and assessing the business implications for each one
· Putting together and coordinating the work of the project team, for example analysts and developers
· Monitoring progress and making sure costs, timescales and quality standards meet agreed targets
· Adjusting plans to cater for unforeseen circumstances
· Making sure there is a smooth changeover from the old IT system to the new one
· Keeping senior managers and clients up to date with progress
· Signing off and evaluating completed tasks.

PROFILE: The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience with industry leading companies in the IT, or the other related sector.
He /she should be very vast in the IFRS software usage. Good first degree in Engineering, Technology or related fields, from a reputable institution. He/she will have complete fluency in English language and ICT. PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred. Minimum 3 years experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes.

WORK AND COMPENSATION: The work hours are flexible but in compliance to the company’s policies. Some travel may be required and be can self managed, providing a high degree of work life balance. Compensation will be attractive and highly competitive
