Job Details
Job Title: System Engineer

Report To: Managing Director

Objective: To create and maintain substantial value for all customers and ensure sound Sales & Marketing processes at all levels.

Core Working Relationships: Corporate Engineer Manager, Sales/Marketing Executives
- Secretary /PA, Finance[IMG]file:///C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\msohtmlclip1\ 01\clip_image002.gif[/IMG] Officer, Admin Officers

Accountabilities:

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Provide Engineering Support Services where necessar
• Scout for new OEMs and Suppliers
• Prepare quality proposal in response to customer RFQs (Enquiries & Tenders).
• Ensure Quality Assurance

Educational Requirement: B.Engr Elect.elect, /HND Elect/ Computer Science or any engineering course alongside with CCNA/CCNP and other relevant certifications

• Must be computer literate
