Job Description
Job Purpose:
Client Interface and Administrative Executives are accountable for formulating resolution and response in a timely and accurate manner and providing excellent customer services. Their main responsibility is to define a customer service strategy of the organization. This strategy includes using training, technology, developing, and improving employee’s skills, maintaining consistent quality control, standardizing procedures and policies and establishing expectations of customer service. They also assist in general administrative processes. They help in the overall housekeeping and day-to-day functioning of the office. They must take information and store it, retrieve it, and distribute it to the staff and clients of an organization.


Duties and Responsibilities:
· Providing general administrative services; facilities, property, safety and office/space management
· Taking ownership of complaints and queries and proactively following through to resolutions
· Making sure that all customers’ queries are well-investigated and resolved, and escalating queries if appropriate to supervisor
· Maintaining working cognition of each customer service process for various market segments and communicating issues to team Manager
· Maintaining professional strong working relationship with external and internal customers, colleagues, and customer service management
· Identifying and escalating consistent or recurring problems with the systems functionality
· Assisting in preparing and developing the documentation of the organization’s standard policies and procedures towards customer service
· Participate in developing and implementing administrative management policies
· Supervise general administrative and office managerial tasks including filing, telephone answering, data entry, record keeping, printing, binding etc.
· Responsible for keeping and utilizing materials for general office management · Provide document and telecommunication management
· Provide contract administration with registered vendors and maintain vendor delivery performance
· Fill product requisition orders placed by customers or colleagues · Compile information on receipt or disbursement of items, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost. · Manage drivers, security guards and cleaners
· Maintain insurances for vehicles and assets
· Implementing health and safety procedures
· Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs
· Ensure that material resources are correctly utilized

Skills/Qualifications:
Must be a female
B.sc in Administrative /Social sciences course
Professional certificates
Minimum of 3 years Admin experience.
