Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Department Head. Your average day will involve juggling various responsibilities including diary management, call handling, managing correspondence, organizing meetings and note-taking. You will be required to provide leadership, mentoring and supervision to the clerical assistant.
The Role
- This role will suit a creative self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective organizational skills, flexibility and the zeal to work in the public sector are key attributes necessary to succeed in this role.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years secretarial experience is a must
- Candidates must have a good first degree
- Candidates must be willing and able to work in Abuja
- Excellent working Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook) is a must
- Candidates who do not meet the above requirements will be rejected
