1. Project Managers
Experienced project managers in Fibre optics implementation and management. About 60% travels across the region for successful candidates. Previous experience managing FTTH community design, installation and commissioning of projects would be highly regarded. It is essential that the candidate have experience with vendors who have a proven track record with this technology.
The Project Manager is also responsible for the setting, monitoring, analyzing and managing subcontractor performance as well as ensuring the quality of the subcontractor’s fiber optic & civil works construction in accordance to defined standards. Specific Knowledge of Civil Works planning applications with Nigerian Local Authorities also essential. Project management certified (PMP and/or Prince2) is essential.
At least, 10 years experience in telecommunications industry, with 5 years, in Project Management (2 years in Fiber network deployemnts).
2. I.P Engineers
3-4 years I.P Engineers with relevant industry experience in design, implementation, management and support. Possession of relevant certifications is essential as well as hands-on experience in rollout and commissioning of infrastructure. Minimum requirement HND (Upper Credit), B.Sc/B.Engr Electrical or Electronics Engineering with relevant certifications.
3. Information Technology Engineers
3-5 years relevant industry experience in telecom/ICT industry with solid hands-on experience in infrastructure support, maintenance and delivery. Relevant industry experience in managing infrastructure for telecom (data communications network) or similar roles is required. Minimum requirement HND (Upper Credit), B.Sc/B.Engr Electrical or Electronics Engineering with relevant certifications.
4. Sales Analysts/Business Development Officers
Experienced sales analyst /business development officers with 4years experience in data analysis and reporting. Strong marketing and sales experience in information technology products or allied services use of Microsoft Excel for trend reporting and other robust sales tools will be added advantage. Certification in any office automation tools will also be added advantage. Minimum requirement HND (Upper Credit), B.Sc/B.A Marketing/finance/Accounting/Economics with relevant certifications or candidates with relevant industry experience.
5. Human Resource Officer (Recruitment Specialist)
Experienced recruitment specialist with more than 3years working experience in similar role in medium to large organizations. This role also requires hands-on experience on outsourcing management and relationship of vendors providing this service. Preferred candidate will have relevant certification and qualifications in the social sciences. B.Sc (Human Resources Management, Psychology, Political Science, etc.)
