We are looking for an exceptional individual that can motivate and lead a team and who thrives on success.

Responsibilities:
Generate maximum revenue by ensuring that the retail outlet is run in a profitable and effective manner.
Lead and motivate your team to maximise sales and to manage the store operation to ensure that all store targets are achieved, whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures.
Maximise sales through effective sales floor management.
To proactively use Retail provided propositions & initiatives in order to grow the Companies market share.
To ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively and that all operational areas e.g. stock control, admin and presentation are maintained in line with store standards and Company policies and procedures.
Manage the store profit & loss account within budget. Reach sales targets and increase profit, oversee stock control, ensure quality is of the right standard and supplies are re-ordered on time.
Perform any other duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A Degree/HND is any field.
1-3 years experience in related field.
If you have a proven track record in retail sales and people management.
Must be computer literate and should be able to work confidently on spreadsheet and database.
