Urgently needed is a Sales/Brand manager, who will be responsible for Branding, Leading & Driving the Sales Team & Business Objectives. Must aggressively pursues business objectives and ensure business objectives are met.
Requirements:
• B.sc and or MBA in any social Science related discipline.
• MBA marketing would be strongly preferred.
• Must have minimum of 5-6 years experience in a QSR industry at senior management level.
Responsibilities
• Manages a team of inside sales representatives. Creates and maintains a high-performance sales team by coaching new and existing reps to increase overall productivity.
• Enhancing brand awareness, presence and promotion.
• Develops Store wise sales strategies to support and attain targets.
• Establishes sales objectives by accurately forecasting and developing monthly sales targets for territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new clients.
• Understands the market, the customers, and the competition and plans sales initiatives as per the specific requirement of the profit centers.
• Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customer’s requirements.
• Builds a customer centric orientation and drives consistent high loyalty ratings.
• Do quality audits on the execution of the sales programs & keep a track of the performance. Check the performance results weekly and support restaurant teams if required.
• Maintains adequate pipeline to achieve goals: accurately and consistently forecast business results
• Actively trains, develops and counsels staff in their professional, technical and personal career development.
• Motivates and provides strong leadership to drive others to achieve beyond expectation

• Ability to understand and articulate the impact of sales programs on restaurant personnel, operational systems and business financials.
• Ability to Enhance brand awareness, presence and promotion.
• Ability to connect business goals with local consumer, competitor and trade area dynamics to implement effective Sales program.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing high growth company.
• Considerable knowledge of marketing products or services.
• Excellent productive working relationships
