JOB FUNCTIONS
Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments in the organization.

Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.

Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.

Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.

Organising and chairing meetings with staffs. This will include setting meeting agenda and taking minutes as well as managing all administrative documents relevant to this function.

Qualifications and Requirements:


Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.
People management experience.
Secretarial skills.
Good Organisational (scheduling and co-ordinating) skills.
Proficient computer skills.

Minimum of OND in any related discipline
