Is it true that NYSC 2011 Card is now available for sale? If it's no, pls when is it going to ready?
that card thing is total bullshit, im an ex-corp member and i regret buying that card

Yes, as of today, the scratch cards aren't available. I even dropped my name at afribank, area 3' Abuja where I've been checking and they promised to call me as soon as it's ready. I believe it should be out by next week.
