Topic: I have been posted to Borno state,what do I do?The state is too volatile!

plz don't go no matter what they tell u. That place is not safe in weather, health and violence. I served their in 2009 and was still in the camp when that first bobo haram war was on. Don't mind what u hear on radio, my dear it was a full war. What hurts me most is that these our leaders will never allow their wards to be posted to such places. I have seen many of this your batch B set who influence their posting and it worked perfectly well for them. My dear don't be a sacrificial lamb, instead u wait for another batch and work your way to a better state. Plz heed my advice. Maiduguri, damaturu, bauchi and gombe are not good for any southerner. Wait for next batch.
