1. Legal/admin. Manager
The desired candidate should be a matured person with at least 15 years working experience at top management level. He/she is expected to have ample experience in property management, administrative/personnel management

2. Property manager
The ideal candidates must possess a bsc degree or hnd in estate management with at least 15 years post qualification experience. The person must have managed high rise buildings at top management.

3. Legal officer
The desired candidate should have at least llb (hons) not lower than 2nd class lower division and BL with ample experience in real estate and property management and a minimum of 7 years experience. The person should be flexible and able to work in order affiliated areas in property company.

4. Estate surveyor
The desired candidates should have at least HND or BSC estate management with at least 5-7 years working experience

5. Account clerk
The ideal candidate should have at least OND or BSC estate management with at least 2 years working experience, part of which should be in real estate company

6. Female public relations officer
The desired candidate should have an HND in any discipline, she should be smart and be able to work with minimum supervision.
