A reputable Environmental company in the Oil & Gas Sector is in URGENT need of the following:

1)

JOB TITLE: GENERAL MANAGER (TECHNICAL)
REPORTING TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, and manage policies, procedure and best practices for quality service delivery.
· Provide technical direction and support to Waste Management and Engineering operations.
· Direct and co-ordinate all QHSE activities to ensure minimal liability.
· Participate in company’s strategy formulation and management meetings.
· Ensure compliance with contract requirements, statutory and industry standards.
· Develop technical strategy for business development.
· Provide support to the Managing Director as may be required.

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE JOB
· Must have degree in Chemistry/Chemical or Petroleum Engineering and a Masters in any of the following: Environmental Mgt/Eng. Discipline, MBA/relevant professional qualification will be added advantage.
· Ten years working in oil & gas or waste mgt. industry. This must be in Environmental Engineering, Fabrication or Tubing & Casing.
· Technical marketing ability and knowledge of technical services activity
· Must have held managerial position for at least 4 years and must not be more than 40 years as at the last birth day.
· Must have innovation, leadership, and negotiating skill and must be computer literate.

2)

JOB TITLE: GENERAL MANAGER (COMMERCIAL)
REPORTING TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide leadership and clear direction in business development, Finance, and Administration to ensure market share growth and cost control
· Prepare and manage Budget(quarterly and annually)
· Develop investment and general controls strategy for efficiency of system
· Participate in company’s strategy formulation and management meetings
· Develop and manage business strategy.
· Develop and implement general Administrative policies for the company
· Provide support to the Managing Director as may be required.

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE POSITION
· A good first degree in Science, Art or Social Science with relevant professional qualification plus an MBA.
· Must have at least 10 years experience in oil & gas industry.
· Proven ability to demonstrate high level of professionalism, integrity and ethical values with financial and administrative reporting experience.
· Good understanding of financial principle with excellent decision-making and analytical skills.
· Must have held managerial position for at least 5 years and must not be more than 40 years as at the last birth day.
· Must be computer literate

JOB TITLE: MANAGER (WASTE MANAGEMENT)
REPORTING TO: GM (TECHNICAL)

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead team in preparation of technical tenders.
· Prepare detailed project/bill of quantities.
· Co-ordinate projects & Operation planning and execution.
· Carry out waste test/analysis and evaluate treatment options
· Carry out waste audits and treatability analysis
· Train staff on waste management
· Any other duty as assigned by the General Manager Technical.

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE POSITION
· A good first degree in any of the following; Environmental, Chemical or Petroleum engineering.
· Membership of relevant professional body.
· Must have at least 4 years working experience in related field within the oil and gas industry
· Good understanding of waste management practices and principles with excellent decision making and analytical skills
· Must not be more than 35 years as at the last birth day.
· Must have entrepreneurial, leadership, negotiating skills and above all a good team player
· Must be computer literate

JOB TITLE: ENGINEERING MANAGER
REPORTING TO: GM (TECHNICAL)

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and maintain equipment maintenance procedures and policies
· Coordinates all activities in the Fabrication yard and Workshop.
· Maintenance of plant, Machinery and Equipments
· Develop designs for fabrications work

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE POSITION
. Must have a good first Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master Degree will be an added advantage
. Must have at least 4 years working Experience in Tubular services and /or Fabrication
· Must be goal getter
· Must not be more than 35 years of age as at the last birth day.
· Must have entrepreneurial, leadership, negotiating skills and above all a good team player
· Must be computer literate

JOB TITLE: LOGISTICS MANAGER
REPORTING TO: GM (TECHNICAL)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure effective administration of materials sourcing and vendor/supplier management.
· Co-ordinate and also design implement and review/update procurement policies and procedures.
· Co-ordinate procurements and negotiates to meet the need for cost effectiveness and quality standards of the company.
· Ensure strict compliance by all sub-contractor with company’s code of conduct and at competitive prices and quality.
· Co-ordinate the receipt of purchase requirements from all units, project teams, departments and ensure their availability.
· Co-ordinate supply/availability of all Plants, Machinery, Equipments, Trucks etc. at sites.
· Maintain log book of truck movement and fuelling
· Carry-out detailed Logistics/Journey planning and execution.
· Identify and report to management all Logistics issues and also proffer solutions.
· Any other duty as assigned by the General Manager (Technical)

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE POSITION
· Must have a good degree in Arts or Social Sciences and a professional qualification. An MBA will be added advantage.
· Must have at least 5 years working experience in similar position and must be familiar with procurements policies as it concerns oil & gas.
· Must not be more than 35 years as at the last birth day.
· Must have entrepreneurial, leadership, negotiating skills and above all a good and committed team player.
· Must be computer literate.
· Membership of CIPSM (Nig.) will be added advantage.
