Our client in the beverage manufacturing industry seeks to employ suitably qualified candidate for the position of Human Resource Manager in one of their manufacturing plants in the Eastern part of Nigeria.
Qualification:
• Minimum of B.Sc degree, preferably in the Social Sciences with second class
honours (lower division
• Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management at national level (Associate and above)
• Must have completed NYSC
Other Requirement
The ideal candidate should have (or meet) the following:
* Not more than 40 years of age.
* Should have worked in a manufacturing environment in a similar function for
a minimum of five (5) years.
* Should be able to work with Computer systems and Softwares at least MS
Office as a minimum..
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure
* Should be analytical, proactive, and a team player.
* Should possess good communication skills.
* Willing to work in any of the locations in Nigeria where we have operations now
or in future
*Must have experience as a liaison officer between management and workers union
*Experience in Community relations
