Client Profile:

Our client, a leading international company in electronics, audio-virtual, household equipments , Mobile telephone and communication gadgets , seek the services of a well experienced EXPORT MANAGER ( West Africa) to promote the sales of their range of products and services in West Africa sub region. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, administration and management of personnel; corporate client development and building a network of distributor and retail outlet for the company’s products and these will include research and the initiation of new ideas; product shipment and support to distributors, agents and marketing team.

Location: Any country in West Africa of which candidate is familiar

Job Position: 2 EXPORT MANAGERS (West Africa)

Person Specification: Citizen of African origin, Lebanese or Indians with proven experience in WHITE AND BROWN GOODS EXPORTATION.

Job Responsibilities

? Operationalise the growth strategy of the company along the West Africa sub region
? Define distribution network / service strategy and roadmap
? Identify effective export channels and key distribution network in specific countries in W/Africa
? Develop business plans aimed at expanding existing market and building more market for the company's brands in West Africa sub-region
? Train and engages in the development of company's distributors and franchisees
? Develop innovative ideas that will take the company to the NEXT LEVEL
? Develop clear written product requirements with prioritization and justification

Qualifications.

? MBA, B.sc or HND in marketing, social Sciences, Humanity and other related fields
? Must have good knowledge and understanding in the exportation and sales of electronics equipment such as audio -Virtual, Multi-media facilities, telephone equipments, refrigerator, Air-conditioners etc.
? Fluent in English or French as considered appropriate for countries of interest
? Good understanding of export and import processes, procedures and legal requirements
? Minimum of 5 years experience as an export Manager / channel distrubutor
? Track record of successful defining and launching products or services
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Excellent computer skills in MS Office Package ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint
? He or she must be a team builder with leadership skills and abilities








Remuneration.

Very attractive and negotiable based on experience
