The USAID REFORMS project works at federal and state level to support policy reform, and address major impediments to economic growth in Nigeria. We seek a qualified and dedicated professional for the following position for a short term (3 month assignment):
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the smooth operation of the office.
· Coordinate logistics as needed for visitors, workshops and conferences in coordination with other project staff.
· Assist project staff by providing input for presentations and reports.
· Prepare travel advances and coordinate the timely submission of travel vouchers, and other financial management tasks in cooperation with other project staff.
· Greet visitors and assist with set up for office meeting.
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Candidates should hold at least a Bachelors’ degree, with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience. Prior work experience with donor funded project preferred.
