Our client is a well established Pharmaceutical Company looking to hire an experienced Facilities Officer. The ideal candidate would be required to execute the following responsibilities:
- Ensure the provision of security, cleaning, maintenance and infrastructure management services
- Define and source all physical facilities and equipment required for the smooth running of the company
- Identify service providers to service and maintain all physical facilities and equipment and secure contracts to cover all maintenance needs
- Establish SLAs and manage relationship with service providers to ensure service level expectations are met

Key Specifications for this position shall be:
- Minimum of BSc or HND preferably in Estate Management/Facilities Management or related field
- Approximately 2 to 3 yrs experience in similar role
- Must possess a good knowledge of contractors and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of market rates and pricing outsourced services
- Good organization and management skills; analytical and presentation skills; interpersonal and communication skills.

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
