hello,
considering the fact that you don't have plenty time on your side, i will advice u to google each item you noted ealier; its not going to be indepth. for example for

Valves; Functions, Types, Uses of each and especially Gate valve (its most commonly used in the O&G). differentiate btw d application of Gate & butterfly valve.

Pipes; classes&types, thickness&Schedules of pipes, most commonly used materials ( carbon steel& stainless) where they are mostly applied.

Pumps; know the types and applications and read about NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) of pumps and the importance.
