To ensure an even more aggressive take off of operations, the Bank is looking to fill the following positions within its organisation structure:

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Lagos
Department/Division: Credit and Marketing
Reports to: Head, Credit and Marketing

Core functions for this position are:

• Analyze and evaluate potential for new product and program offerings.
• Review of current products, including structure, pricing and risk levels.
• Prepare new product plans, business cases and market opportunity analysis.
• Identify profitable branch locations.
• Research and identify new customer segments.
• Develop tools and implement metrics and benchmarks to analyze product success and provide reports to management

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field.
• Must have at least 2 years financial experience.
• Professional Accreditation or a Master's degree in marketing or business will be an added advantage.

Person Specifications
• A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
• Ability to conceptualize new ideas, research the new ideas, and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint.
• Ability to position and differentiate products for maximum profitability.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to multitask.
