You have to be careful, so that your freind would not hold responsible if everything do not go well with him at Union Homes and loans.

Though, i do not much about them, but he needs to find out from an inhouse what the working condition is like, their pay structure, benefits and other things before quitting the other manufacturing job.

Let him still hold on to that while he get info on Union Homes and loan.

Advice ur pal to find out all-salary package, workg condtn etc about the new place( Union Homes). I think dt shld be far better dan his present job.

You should not be so out with ur friend.......be diplomatic in ur advice.

The pay of Union Homes far outweighs that ur friend is currently receiving now. Like 100k+. But I dont know much about their working conditions. My friend used to be there but has now swithched over to Intercontinental Bank.

Advise him to still make his own enquiry b4 taking his final decision.
