Background
UNDP Nigeria Country office is in the process of identifying key resources for consultancy services to build its database of consultants, who will provide consulting services in Nigeria for UNDP supported development programmes. UNDP therefore wishes to invite qualified and experienced experts for expression of interest in the areas listed below

CSO/Community Development Specialist – capacity building of small local NGOs and CSOs; community development; livelihoods;
Monitoring specialist – developing of M&E framework for local NGOs and CSOs; livelihoods.

Specialists on anti-corruption training for law-enforcement agencies;
Research director/ coordinator to support the establishment of an applied justice resource centre

Required Skills and Experience
All experts in any area of expertise stated above are required to have a minimum of a Masters degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. All applicants are to upload their CVs indicating details of similar assignments done.

This Expression Of Interest (EOI) is opened to both International Consultants and National Consultants (Nigerians). However, all categories of Consultants will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the UNDP Procurement Guidelines and Financial Rules and Regulations.
