CHEF (Ref.: chf)
A very sound knowledge of National and Continental dishes as well as pastry delicacies is a must. Preferably, applicants should be male candidates with a high grade professional qualification in Catering and Hotel management. A minimum of 5 years working experience in a reputable hospitality organization is required. No age limit.

FOOD & BEVERAGES COORDINATOR (Ref.: fbc)
A sound knowledge of food and beverage service operations. Applicants must have a minimum qualification of HND in Catering or any related discipline. They must also have at least three years working experience in a reputable Hotel. Male candidates are preferable.

HOUSE KEEPER (Ref.: hk)
Candidates must be energetic and capable of coordinating the entire house keeping functions in a highly professional manner and should have a minimum qualification of OND with three years working experience in a reputable hospitality outfit.

FOOD & BEVERAGES COST CONTROLLER (Ref.: fbcc)
Candidates should have the professional knowledge and ability to keep operation costs under very strict control and management. The ideal candidates should have an accounting background and a minimum of three years working experience in a similar position in a reputable Hotel.



MARKETER (Ref.:mkt)
Candidates for this position should posses the following attributes:
? B.Sc or HND in Social Science
? Good communication skill
? Minimum of three years as a marketer in a reputable hotel organization.
? Good interpersonal skill
? Good personal persuasive skill.

FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR (Ref.: foc)
Candidates should have the same attributes as the Marketer.
In addition, they must have a sound knowledge of Front Office operations, administration and management.

ACCOUNTANTS:
Candidates must possess HND in Accountancy and three years relevant experience in the hospitality industry.

OTHER VACANCIES
Other vacant positions include Receptionists, Porters, Waiters, Laundrymen/women, Cleaners, Gardeners, Security operatives, Drivers, Electricians, Plumbers, IT personnel, Cooks and Stewards.
