Job Summary

A vibrant management consultant seeks a talented individual to work as a consultant on various projects. A successful candidate will also provide guidance and input to management on the performance of the division.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities
1. Expand the business through the development of new products, new clients and managing existing client relationships
2. Assist or Lead in the design and implementation of performance improvement projects
3. Conduct detailed analysis on client problems and develop solutions
4. Facilitate client training sessions and workshops
5. Coordinate, train and mentor junior team members
6. Communicate with stakeholders within the organization
7. When necessary manage the performance of co-workers and subordinates within the consulting capability and assist in other business areas as required

2. The individual must be highly professional in approach (written and spoken) and appearance
3. Must speak English flawlessly
4. Outgoing and resilient, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
5. Proactive and creative problem solver who can drive performance and is looking to grow within their role
6. Possess strong leadership and management skills

Job Skills:
1. Must have experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, value chain mapping or process improvement tools
2. Must have in depth knowledge of excel including pivot tools, conditional formatting, worksheet protection, and macros (if you don’t have this please do not apply) visual basic would be a plus
3. Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
4. Some people-management skills, experience and natural ability will be required
5. Understanding of management theory, principles and tools (such as SWOT analysis) would be a plus

Computer skills:
1. Must be adept in use of MS Office 2003 or later, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Internet and email and ideally basic level of Access.

Qualifications:
1. Must possess Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
2. A masters would be an advantage
3. Project Manage certification (i.e. Prince 2) would be an advantage
